I had a bad experience with Dr. cool dermatologist I will not go back to her or refer her to anyone because she has a bad bedside manner all she wants to do is cut

I think Ochsner is the best medical facility in the area. All of my doctors are in the Ochsner system and I really like that they have all my records in one place. I can easily make appointments by going on line to My Ochsner. In addition I can contact my doctors on line and see my test results all in one place! Every staff member that I have come in contact with has been helpful and kind! I think I have the best doctors I could have. I am so happy I chose Ochsner!

While the providers and medical staff are great, their billing department is so awful that I cringe when I think about having to go to an Ochsner Clinic! I spend enough time on the phone fixing their mistakes that they should be paying me to seek medical care from them!!!
