Dealing with the foolishness I had to deal with during my pregnancy and now postpartum at Ochsner Baptist - A Campus of Ochsner Medical Center make me not want to deal with another hospital ever again with future pregnancies! Your treated like you don’t matter and I’m so over it ! It shouldn’t be called health care because they don’t care. The only person that was great was Rebecca my nurse during my labor and delivery!!!!!!
Wendy Gerhardt is a racist. My sister and I went here for her checkup a couple months ago and she was using words such as “definitive,differentiate, etc” while speaking with us and she was apologizing to us saying “ sorry I’m using big words.” My sister and I are both African-American and we were completely flabbergasted of the blatant racism that was directed towards us. RecommendedDr Melissa Jordan, her staff and everyone involved with Surgery on 3rd and 4th floor of Magnolia Surgery Center. The day shift nurse Rosey, and night shift nurse for room 371 new part of hospital. Everybody has been nice, courteous, and caring. Treating you like family. Would highly recommend services of Surgery Center and Hospital.

All the members of the medical staff treat patients with courtesy and professionalism.
My experience was a friendly atmosphere,helpful,professional and qualified Staff experience I recommend if you want a more family type experience please visit Ochsner Baptist where you would enjoy “The Friendly Staff and People.
Oschner’s Baptist is an awesome campus also, as well as the main hospital , I don’t regret my decision to follow my Dr as she has moved there!

Magnolia building outpatient surgery center is fabulous! Extremely organized, incredibly helpful, informative, patient, kind, caring and HAPPY! Every single person we came in contact with the entire day was top notch. Huge thank you to all who work in this facility and contribute to such a pleasant experience and atmosphere.
