I recently finished up working with Ochs Management and the experience was beyond a breeze. Leah was communicative and a pleasure to speak with throughout the entire process. Management companies such as this one are hard to come by and I'm looking forward to working with one another in the future!
Warning: they will illegally keep your deposit and will never answer the phones! We followed EVERY step according to the California Tenant Guide and they still kept deposit money. Charged us to paint the walls even though we had been there for OVER 4 YEARS. And the Tenant Guide says that's not okay! We never had even one maintenance visit because they threatened to not renew our lease saying it would be cheaper.
