Recommendedwe went to O Charley for Valentine's. we had a excellent service from London and Dennis the manager came by and ask if everything was ok. we had excellent service.
great service on Valentine's but don't recommend the seafood platter too blah ....everything tasted the same 😐
waiting 10 mins for service and never got it. Meanwhile the table in front of us had two servers that acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I've been there many times and NEVER has this happened. We left very disappointed after we were seated no one acknowledged we were there and never got waited on so we left and went to B.Merrells where they happily gave us great service
Food wasn’t good today Hostess had an attitude.
Let customers know (before they eat) when credit cards are not accepted due to machine being down.
