THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!
I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Everone there, from the front desk staff, to the hygenists, to Dr. Hayter, were absolutely wonderful. So professional, prompt, and personable...love this clinic!
I've been dropping in for 4 years for my bridge repairs. So affordable and fast service. Be there by 9 am, pick them up by 5. And did I mention affordable???? The girls are super nice, funny, and helpful.
I enjoy having dental services at Northside Dental. Such caring staff.
I am usually fearful of going to the dentist, but all of the staff are friendly and understanding.
Had used this clinic for several years but switched dentists (never had a bad experience) only because I moved but recently moved back to the area. Broke a tooth made a quick appointment and was in and out in minutes with no pain during or after the procedure. And I have always had major fear of dentist, was shocked how smoothly my visit went!!! No pressure trying to sell you extensive dental work, I suggested and booked a regular cleaning. If all my visits were as pleasant as this one I would not have a fear if dentists!
The staff was very friendly and professional;! Aloo, very informative about dental related questions!
I would recommend anyone needing dental work to go here. I had my top teeth pulled and it couldn't have went any smoother. They all all my teeth pulled in 30 minutes. Very little swelling. Very little pain. They definitely take good care of you!
Had my cavity fill appointment after it was found a couple months back at my 6 month cleaning. When the filling was scheduled for a week later, I asked to wait until the new year (insurance purposes). No issues with this. When I arrived at my appointment, after my new insurance was approved with no issues, I inquired how deep the cavity was and if I could go without Novocain (injection point causes more pain for me that lingers 2-3 days).
