Have nothing to complain about.....all the staff is wonderful and explain everything.
Dr. Smith is straightforward, efficient, and kind. She was excellent in giving me all the information I needed and gave me the best client care during my fillings. Her assistant was also very helpful & kind. Northside dental is great about giving me the knowledge I need to have better dental care, and squeeze me in for appointments amongst my crazy schedule.
My appointment went very good no problems both the Dr. and tech were very good and polite. Will see you on my next appointment in March
Paige, my dental hygienist, was amazing and did a thorough job of describing the entire process to me. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable - which was not something I was accustomed to at my previous dentist's office. I also loved the option of flavors for the tooth polish - it's a small thing but it made the experience that much better!
I appreciated the steps Northside Dental Clinic has taken to help ensure the facility is a safe place to remove your mask to receive dental care. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable.
They were very fast and professional. Very nice and Courteous. Did a great job with no pain for a same day crown.
Had 2 cavities fixed. Friendly and efficient staff. Did not have to wait too long. Very little discomfort.
