**********EDIT TO ADD*********** I SEE YOU!! ANNA VICTORIA HAYLEE RIVERS MICHAEL WESTBROOK WENDY PATTERSON WHAT THIS FACILITY IS DOING IS DETRIMENTAL!! My husband came to you guys thinking he would be able to consult/talk to a doctor about some pretty intense and serious mental health issues he has been having that have been affecting EVERY aspect of his life since March 28, 2023..Upon entering your facility ON HIS OWN (Thursday April 18, 2024) he was told if he self admitted that within 24hrs he would be seeing the doc... read more
The night staff are horrible! Trying to sleep and they slam doors and talk loud like it’s a party! The male Deon (probably spelled wrong) played dominos with residents and didn’t do his job! The females just sat on their phones. They do NOTHING! All of them need to go somewhere else if they don’t care! Now the day time staff are amazing!!! They all did their job and cared for all of us!

He agreed to see me the next day but never saw me again. I received no counseling or therapy. I was told I could bring in new, unopened toiletries, which is not true. I was never even offered a towel to sh... read more
I'll give it a one. Not a zero because the place didn't deserve a zero, but not a two because the place wasn't good enough for a two. My daughter went there; she was 13, and she told me every little detail she could within the 10 minutes of call time. The techs, some of them were not bad; she said one of the night techs with like a galaxy look to her was very sweet; she loved that tech. A day one with blonde hair, loved her also because she was also sweet, and since she was a mom, she treated the kids with care like they ... read more
