The appointment issue. I had an appointment for 1:30pm. I came at 1:15- 1:20 to checking and do paperwork. due to covid, there is limited space available to be seated in the lobby which was no issue so we sat in the car. 30 minutes after the appointment time. I came to check back how much longer we would have to wait since I have a baby waiting at home and a 4 year old needing to pee badly. they say it's another 4 more patient to wait before our time.
