The wait time is absolutely ridiculous!! My son's appointment was scheduled for 4pm. I arrived 15 minutes early for paperwork. We were called back to see the Dentist at 5pm. We then waited an additional 25 min in the back to see the Dentist. We didn't leave the place until 6pm!! I was told that that they only had one Dentist and that's why it was taking so long. We apologize for the wait and the comment by the dentist. 50% of our appointments show up for their visits late or not at all so our schedule is very unpredictable. Again we apologize for your time spent and hope to make it up to your in the future.
