RecommendedI only wish the leaf blowers we're not consistently making the environment loud & stirring up particulates. Orinda has a petition to stop the invasion of leaf blowers! there are not even leaves here!!! otherwise beautiful & quiet
I’ve been here 3 months and can’t say how much I love it here! The apartments are gorgeous and new while you cannot beat the view or the location. Everything is close, great restaurants a few blocks away, the beach is right there on site! Marisol is amazing and did an incredible job making this home for us!

Me and my friends were looking for a new one bedroom apartment close to San Francisco. We explored around 15 apartment complexes in South San Francisco. We set our priority according following criterias - location, price and conditions. Oceanarie Apartments is the one which met our expectations. I've lived here for 18 months now. They've made tons of improvements & staff from the office to maintenance are all really responsive in addition to being nice people.
Nice cool summertime here! I like the weather and the ocean view every day! They keeping everything well managed here!
I’ve been living here for 6 months, and it’s been great! The community is clean and friendly, the views are amazing, beach access is close and easy, and Marisol in the office is the best!!
We have been at OceanAire apartments for over a year now and have had a very positive experience. You certainly cannot beat the location with the ocean being right across the street and there is a grocery store and restaurants a short walk away. The entire staff at OceanAire have been great and we look forward to our next 8 months here in Pacifica at OceanAire apartments.
These homes are beautifully located right on the edge of ocean.Cannot beat the view! Also great management - Marisol and Mike
