The complex is gated. Its quiet and very clean with 2 pools a gym onsite with beach access and plenty of parking.

Property was not Oceanfront, which is the one amenity we wanted…’ Review sent from the guests we had who stayed with the intention of buying and purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately, the new website states OVC is Oceanfront and our guests were very disappointed when they saw and learned that the property is not Oceanfront, but Oceanside and they had none of the views the website mentions. 3 stars for the improved website pictures.
