Stay away from unit F31. Owner must be so cheap. Everything out dated. 1970 flashback. Can't even replace a old wore out tiolet seat. Fans from 70s. Cooking pans old as he'll. Furniture from goodwill
We have a large family. There are actually several large families celebrating 4th of July. The pool nazi driving around in his golf cart has made the experience here horrible for not only our family but any family that has gone down to the pool. The sign on pool gives rules. It shows 8am to dusk. Summer dusk is not till after 9. He comes in threatening 10 of us with calling police to have us removed.
