My first time visiting California we stayed at Ocean Villa Inn. We had the most beautiful and relaxing time. Our view was facing Ocean Beach which is beautiful and just steps away. Our room had a mini kitchen and a very large refrigerator. We had a large group of 5 and Ocean Villas accommodated us very well. We don't need to look for another place to stay next time we come, because we know we are staying at Ocean Villa Inn!
This Inn is awesome! It’s in walking distance to Dog Beach and is pet friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Lydia and Heather. Thank you both! We will look forward to our fifth visit in the nearest of futures.
Unfortunately, we checked in and I immediately noticed issues one after another called and talked to someone at the front desk, they sent housekeeping back in and they did another horrible job, I went to target to get a cleaner in order to clean the fridge microwave etc, went to wipe floors full of junk including hair etc, so I wasn’t happy, was able to get my kids ready for bed then we opened up the beds both of them are dirty one full of god knows what type of hair!! Is this place under new management? What happened to the friendly cheerful staff? Not once, but twice we had to have the room keys replaced. The TV didn't work. We requested assistance twice but no one ever came. All they did was change the sheets between guests. There were huge hairballs everywhere and dog poop smeared on the floor when we checked in. Never again.
Dogs! Dog beach! Did I mention dogs? If you love dogs, beaches, happy dogs, nice beaches, dogs playing, then this place is for you!
