By completely overhauling your landscaping personnel, starting with office and management personnel. When they first began servicing my lawn, it was impeccable quality...however; over the past several months the quality has gone completely. Worst company ever and horrible attitudes!

Michael is terrific, if he sees something you should be aware of, he tells you and immediately does something to correct it. My lawn has never looked better. Michel has a terrific attitude, he treats every lawn as if it was his own! His work is terrific. I think Michael makes the company.

This company is pitiful. I have had at least four quality issues with them and I'm finally over it. Their customer service is an absolute joke, they say they use their judgment when they mow the lawn's but I don't believe they have any. Then when you call to raise awareness you get a smug attitude with the "customer is wrong" mentality. Wrong way to run a business guys. I'm out. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. My yard is so thick and green since Michael has been taking care of it. My husband has a hard time mowing! We have bahia grass and it's never looked better. It was mostly sand when we moved in. Michael's touch as turned it into a beautiful lawn.
