16 days later and I have still not heard back from the company. Left multiple texts and filled a contact form out on the website. A simple We can’t help you would be better than a lack of response.
I would definitely not recommend Ocean State Air Solutions. I set up an original appointment, with Joe, which was then canceled three times and a new appointment scheduled without consulting me. For the second reschedule I stayed home from work and the appointment was canceled at the last minute. Joe represents Ocean State Air Solutions, and I have to draw the conclusion that this shoddy behavior is acceptable by the company.
