We are new to owning and operating our mini split system, when we started smelling something musty when operating one of our splits we called Ocean State Air and spoke with Amber, she was very helpful and suggested we schedule a cleaning service. Ocean State installed our new system ~ 1 year ago & did a fabulous job. Working with Ocean State Air Solutions, from the sales person, Brandon, who was terrific, to the installation managed by Tom, has been excellent. As with any new system, some tweaking has been needed for optimal function during the initial year but Ocean State has been quick in sending technicians (usually Tom) to quickly & efficiently resolve our concern. I would absolutely recommend them!

There was a minor issue with the digital thermostat on the new Bryant HVAC system recently installed. The thermostat was replaced and the problem was fixed. Perfect!!!!
Chris, David, Brian and their team got the furnace replaced in frigid weather with little disruption and with concern for our comfort. All were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
