We loved our bay view room and the beds were comfy. However, we were HUGELY let down by the new restaurant. We had planned for a formal dining experience overlooking the bay,(which used to exist), but instead, with no time to change plans, were stuck in their non- formal noisy cafe-like restaurant with our server chatting with the next table for 20 minutes and people constantly walking passed this crowded space. Some with pets in tow. No more a place to have a special occasion!

RecommendedWe stayed for the first time in New Orleans and at a Loews hotel.....both were wonderful. Happy hour was awesome, we took advantage of it most of our 6 night stay. Very friendly staff and loved the free coffee and flavor water stations. All in all we would stay here again for sure!!!
RecommendedI was there for 6 days for a camp. Amazing resort! I left a jacket at checkout and they mailed it to me at no charge! That’s customer service to the max! I will stay there again on my next visit.
