My mom and I booked rooms this weekend at Loews Ventana Canyon as repeat customers. We stayed last year while attending the same charity event (a tradition for us) and loved it. This year, not so much. While the property is gorgeous and the rooms (especially the bath tub) are amazing, the experience left much to be desired.
