Dishonest and Unprofessional - Bait and Switch on Pricing My experience with this property management company was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete bait and switch. I went through them for a furnished long term rental. If you want to experience tenement housing this will be the folks for you. Be prepared for only two rolls of TP, one kitchen towel and one spray bottle of vinegar cleaner. Truthfully, Brian and Amanda were great with what they had. The owner of the realty company not so much. Her attitude was “suck it up”. Use at your own discretion. The only reason I give a 2 is because of Brian and Amanda.

Ocean Realty is great! We rented a beach house for the weekend of our wedding and everything was perfect! Gorgeous views, a spacious house! Between the two of us, our kids, and out of town guests; everyone had a great time and there was plenty of room for everyone! Cindy Lee, Brian, and Amanda made the process simple and easy! I will definitely go to them next time I need a place in the area!!
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Cindy Lee and all employees are scammers, crooks and have no morals. After moving into what turned out to be an uninhabitable house, we had the worst experience we have ever had with a rental company. Issues included cockroaches, ant infestation, lying, us calling the police, W/D broken, smoke smell, polyurethane toxic smell, ac units old and filled with mold, non-working internet, dead animal smell in garbage, sooo dirty, sewage backup in the showers, hot water tank not hooked up, bro... read more
