Amazing team who are sensitive and caring.
Do NOT go to Oceans Psychiatric. They never answer their phones. Even when you call their after hours service and get through and tell them IT'S F'IN URGENT they call you the next day. They won't. So you have to physically go up to the practice and NO ONE is on the phone! Why can't I ever get through I've been calling since MONDAY! Horrible patient service. 5 year update... This place went under fast had my doctor for 30 years and because of this rude unprofessional KAREN that pretty much thinks she owns the place now I don't have a doctor I made an appointment 4 times for my daughter first time she called my phone word for word this is what she said someone made an appointment your gong to have to cancel or pay 170.00 because this person has no insurance . absolute worst! noone ever answers the phone. they do not return phone calls. psychiatrists dont show up for appointments. staff does not call you to let you know the psychiatrist will not be available for an appt. they are the worst at rescheduling. you would THINK dealing with mental health and medication would be of upmost importance - not to this office
A family member of mine went to this place because their former dr retired and they needed a prescription filled that they had been taking for several year. Candace Lankford was extremely unprofessional overall and denied the prescription based of a drug test that did not show evidence of any illegal narcotics. I could write a whole lot more, but they don't deserve the time. Go anywhere but here.
