Wish I could leave 0 stars. I don't think I've ever been able to get ahold of the front desk in the 11 years I have been with them. They have called in wrong prescriptions at least 20 times, and they have called in someone else's prescriptions to my pharmacy. When the front desk calls back, they always tell you the Dr is out of town, or are with a client. Genuinely never seen a more unprofessional group of medical providers in my life. This place has left me without my prescription twice. Im dependent on this medication and in college. Apparently, my prescription was not renewed because they failed to print out a drug test?? My doc never saw the results, and never filled it. They did this twice in a row, and never made note of the fact that one of my drug tests was never delivered/process properly, and only notice when I call them and i form them my prescription has never been filled. I just want to start off by saying thank you to Angela at Ocean Psychiatric. She has truly changed my life for the better. Before coming here, I was completely down and depressed. I wasn’t sleeping and was dreading each day. The first day I came to see Angela she actively listened to my concerns and stated that she would try everything in her power to help me. I’ve being seeing Anne Stubbs for almost 10 years now, she is so down to earth and easy to talk to! She feels more like seeing a friend who cares than a doctor, I highly recommend her!
