Recommendeddelicious anniversary dinner tonight. wish I could remember the name of our waiter but we were in the first room to your left. He does a great job, very attentive and the food and atmosphere was perfect!
I’m not sure if this evening was an off day for the staff but our service and food was less than stellar. Firstly, our waiter greeted us about 7 minutes after we were seated. Then, after giving us our water he walked away. When he returned a full 10 minutes later we asked about menus and he stated they were on our phone. Assuming we’d have to google the menu we proceeded to do so. Only then did he pull out a QR code card and explain we could view the menu from there with our camera. RecommendedI just wanted to compliment the staff here. All of them were very pleasant and professional. The meal was very good but, the staff was excellent. From the host to the wait staff. Bravo Ocean Prime, that’s how you treat your guests.
