Heat, hot water, and central air conditioning are included. Free parking space in the parking lot is included as well. Maintenance staff is on site and the property is professionally managed.

They are making mistakes, taking application fee. After just apology and not any refund even because of their fault 👎🏻 Not recommended and not trustable
I wanted to rent an apartment here they said earlier it is $1995 and now they are saying it is $2225. I don’t recommend they are not trustable. And no explanation for this. Be careful and rent apartment from another facility. And they did not refund application fee back even it is because of their fault!
