What a fun an friendly store! I have only ordered online, but had a phenomenal experience. I wrote in the comment section that this was a bday gift for my mom and not only did they wrap te items but sent a sweet (handwritten!!!) note! We were both blown away by that unexpected touch! It made it that much more fun to open at birthday breakfast!! Will definitely be ordering from ocean palm again!

Ocean Palm did not honor their own pricing for a purchase I made online, even after I had an order confirmation for the purchase. The pricing mistake was theirs. Their response was either pay full price or cancel the order. I will never shop there again.
