The ladies at Ocean Palm in Virginia Beach are fabulous. The customer service is outstanding, and shopping there is always a fun experience. Janet and Meredith run a beautiful store and always maintain a sunny disposition. I love Ocean Palm!
The customer service is absolutely horrible. No greeting no hi hello thanks for coming in. When asked about a dress I got an eye roll and a huff. And with that there was maybe 3 people in the store, so it wasn't like they were working extremely hard...much less working at all. If I had a gift card given to me I honestly don't think I'd use. Service is the most important value to have when owning and appreciating your customers and I got ZERO. Very disappointed
My go-to Lilly store, always has the best selection of Lilly! The employees are always so nice and so helpful and always make me feel welcomed while shopping! Love this store!!
Lindsay was absolutely amazing the service was stellar today. I came out with a really cute dress! I think I found my favorite new boutique!
