Stopped in the Williamsburg store today; non-existent customer service. Based on some of the other reviews, I see my experience is not an isolated incident. I was not greeted when I arrived nor when I left. I was in the store browsing for at least 15 minutes. During that time, the salesgirls couldn’t be bothered to stop their personal, and I quote, “that’s what she said” conversation, to ask how they could help us.
