Well what can I say! This was my first time in Virginia and my first experience in the Lilly Store and what a great experience it was. I must admit I'm not the easiest shopper as I can never make up my mind but the girls couldn't have been more accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ariel, Grace and Sarah for being so helpful and making my visit memorable. I'm often in the USA with work and cannot wait for my return visit. Will definitely be recommending to my circle of friends - I will be back
I have to say I was very hesitant coming in, I've had friends go in there and have some bad experiences in the past at the Virginia Beach location. But when I went I was pleasantly surprised! Both girls working were so sweet to me! I'm pretty sure I tried on 95% of the store, they were great about recommending items they thought I would like and as I tried on grabbing things that I did not. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing customer service!! I reached out to them regarding an item I was nuts searching for. Although they were sold out, they took the time and care to find other signature stores that did have it for me! Will be definitely stop by the store my next time in Virginia Beach!
