Never an issue.... Dr Alcid did my 2nd shoulder surgery and his care was outstanding
I only wish my experience was half as nice as everyone else's seems to have been, however maybe my nightmare I'd due to being a workmans comp issue. I was assigned to Dr Pensak whose nurse tells me he does not like to write scripts for pain meds. I have a fractured wrist, tibia plateau, and big toe. 3 fractures. I'm no hero. I want pain meds but I apparently won't get them from here. Secondly, they would not examine my toe fracture because they had no information on it? The office is always packed! That being said, the wait is worth it! Dr. Blum and his staff are very understanding and helpful and I appreciate the one-on-one attention I receive!!
