Almost 3 hours to get a set of nails done. A technician doing multiple people at once everyone sitting waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. And that's with an appointment. Unless you have a whole afternoon to spare, go literally anywhere else.

Let me just start by saying when I am a dedicated person or if I give you my business, it is really because I really want to. My girlfriend has been going here for a minute, she always schedules and has appointments. They NEVER do her nails in a timely manner, she will have appointments at 4 and she won’t leave til closing. Recently she sat for 2 hours waiting and another hour and a half to get it done. After they blocked her number. Do not go here, they are rude people who think they can do whatever. My girlfriend has supported them when it was just the husband and wife working. It’s messed up.
The lady is wonderful at nails. The man, not so much :( she did my nails a few times and I was always satisfied. The last two times the man did my nails. They were not done well. I broke a nail. The last time he did my nails, I asked for a new set. My natural nail is separating from the acrylic and they were not buffed properly at the cuticle so my hair keeps getting stuck in my nails.
