Let me just start by saying when I am a dedicated person or if I give you my business, it is really because I really want to. I moved to the Erie area about nine years ago and I was going to this one nail salon for about 5 to 6 years. My girlfriend has been going here for a minute, she always schedules and has appointments. They NEVER do her nails in a timely manner, she will have appointments at 4 and she won’t leave til closing. Recently she sat for 2 hours waiting and another hour and a half to get it done. After they blocked her number. Do not go here, they are rude people who think they can do whatever. My girlfriend has supported them when it was just the husband and wife working. It’s messed up.
The lady is wonderful at nails. The man, not so much :( she did my nails a few times and I was always satisfied. The last two times the man did my nails. They were not done well. I broke a nail. The last time he did my nails, I asked for a new set. My natural nail is separating from the acrylic and they were not buffed properly at the cuticle so my hair keeps getting stuck in my nails. Hadn’t been here in years and when my best friend needed to get her nails done for her wedding and she couldn’t find a place, this is the first place I thought of. While there are a lot of negative reviews, I have had really good luck here. I got a pedicure, and my two friends got a mani pedi. While it did take quite some time, but my best friend was relieved that her nails turned out so good! The results for all of us was great!
Clean, professional, and doesn't take my nail bed down too far.
