Wow ~ AMAZING customer service! Our experience at Ocean Honda was FABULOUS, even at the finance guy's desk! Car Dealers can be high pressure and exhausting but NOT at Ocean Honda. Service and sales are both great! I've been getting my car serviced by Ocean Honda for over 10 years. I originally started going there when it was Weseloh Honda. I've been to several other dealerships and this place by far has the best service and hospitality out there. They are kind and friendly. Best salesman ever!! James Pappas is the best salesman ever! He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & knew the car's features totally. We received a good deal. I would recommend him again. The dealership is lucky to have a salesman if this caliber. (Oh, the 2017 Civic is nice too.)

Buying a new car Jeff was our sales representative who was excellent in helping us find our mother a new car. He explained everything so that she could understand it and found her the perfect Honda Accord. She has always driven a Lexus so this was her first Honda. She is 85 and just wanted to downsize. Make it or Break it! 1st car buying experience James Pappas turned my experience around! Loved Ocean Honda! Had a wonderful experience getting into my new car and getting out of my old lease. Safwat Aoude was great on putting together the numbers for my car. I was extremely pleased that most of the work was done prior to me getting there allowing me to sign and go and not spend all day in the dealership. Love my car and very happy with the experience with everyone there.
