Flexible & Friendly! The trainers at Ocean Fitness are great and I should know 'cause I have worked out with them all at one time or another. They are flexible to meet the needs of my crazy fluxuating schedule and help assure I can get a workout in one way or another.
love to workout and watch the ocean There are not many gyms that you can workout and look out over the ocean. This one has all the basic weights and fitness machines you could want, as well as rooms for pilates, yoga, aerobics, and whatever else they come up with. The instructors are experienced and make exercise fun. I recommend you check them out.
