One of my best visits ever having my eyes checked. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff. I am editing my review because not everyone was upfront about the amount I would be charged. I was told one thing over the phone and another thing at the office. When someone comes in expecting to pay nothing and then gets charged for the refitting..it makes for a dissatisfied client when they weren’t prepared to pay for it. The staff needs to be trained better on pricing for insurance and the office needs to have better communication so that everyone is on the same page.
