Very extensive eye exam process with excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff.
Horrible communication from this location. Any attempts to contact this office are in vain. It took over a month for them to tell me my trial lenses had come in, despite me calling multiple times. Now I am trying to get a copy of my prescription and it’s the same run-around; no one responds through email or the phone. If you call they’ll say they’ll call back, but never do.
