Just testing a Plugin
I wish I could give a ten star. They are all very professional and friendly. I had a lot of problems with my last pair which everything was blurry. This place *used* to be good. Then I was met with appointments being cancelled day-of, office times changing without warning on days I had appointments, getting unexplained bills, or bills for already paid items, doctors rotating out and leaving regularly, inconsistent care, and finally refusing to give me my glasses until I scheduled another appointment with them. The worst customer service I have seen in a long time. First time there, also my last. Went in about 1030am to buy some frames. I found the pair I wanted within 2 minutes. Then stood there for about 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone. Yes, one person was helping someone make their purchase, I’m not sure what the other workers were doing.
