My 4 children where seen today for the first visit with Ocean Dental. I was very impressed, at first. My eldest child was given a referral to an Endodontost, but no Dr was given to set up with. After spending hours on the phone & being unable to locate this specialist, I called Ocean dental and explained the situation and was told by there staff that it was my issue ( not the exact words, but summed up) even though they were the ones to give me the referral. The lady that took my X-rays was super sweet and cool. The hygienist and then the Dr. was very informative and helpful. Oh and the lady at the front desk was also very nice and explained the papers to me. Overall good experience! And the wait was short too!
This is tabithas mom, and our visit was absolutely great! I couldn't believe how nice the service was and my kids left asking when they get to go back! I even got to watch Beauty and the Beast while waiting! Thanks for having such a great environment to take my kids!
