I took my car in for an oil change and check up, and the mechanic found that it needed a new battery and cable. They had the parts in stock, and were able to replace them that day, though the job took several hours. While I waited, the staff was helpful and friendly. Chris, who was familiar with my vehicle, discussed it with me, and also took the time to talk to me about the latest Chevy cars. Everyone was wonderful - I truly trust the staff at Ocean City Chevrolet and recommend it highly.
Ocean City service my New 2016 Malibu on Weds. I love going to them. They have excellant customer service and you feel like a valued customer at all times. I recommend the dealership over all the others in Shallotte.
