Very disappointing experience with Ocean Cadillac. This is not the level of service I expected from a premium brand like Cadillac. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of support and custumer care.
I was already a Cadillac customer, but at a different dealership, where I always received excellent service and reliable support. Unfortunately, my experience with Ocean Cadillac has been completely different. I purchased a brand-new VISTIQ 2026 that was delivered with an air-conditioning issue. Horrible!! Purchased a brand new escalade esv, turned out to be a nightmare.
Great service
I came to write a review, and read this one. I had the exact same issue as the screenshot attached. All my calls being forwarded to voice mail when trying to call the service department. Someone was supposed to pick up my car today, they sent multiple emails confirming. I've confirmed, it's been over 1 hour and no one showed up. I called, and just kept being transferred around.
