ONE STAR! I had an extremely unprofessional experience with Ocean Cadillac. They work with CarGurus for vehicle buy or trade offers, and CarGurus provided me an offer backed by the dealer—similar to Carfax. I drove over 25 miles to bring my car in, only for the manager to drop the offer by $5,000 with zero explanation (from 43,408 to $38,000) on my 2025 Acura TLX Aspec with 5k miles on it.
