It hasn't rained since the repair so I don't know if it is fixed....great service and price though!

We hired Ocean Breeze Properties to do a small roofing job for us and Andy was great! He encountered a problem with the roof that we had not expected, so he immediately pointed it out to me, went and purchased the ply wood needed to fix the problem and when they Had finished, actually charged us 100.00 dollars less than the original estimate. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future roofing needs I have.
The work crew did an excellent job. They worked fast and maintained high quality. I was impressed by their helpfulness and politeness. They were also good with regard to cleaning up at the end of each work day. No debris or nails were left. I would both recommend them and hire them, again.
Andy was especially helpful in identifying the true scope of the repair work and then in convincing the insurance company to pay for it. He and his crew went to work quickly and finished as scheduled. We were very satisfied with his work and will hire his Ocean Breeze company again.
I have used this company for over 20 years. Their work is excellent .The material that they employ is as new as is available on the market, they are more than reasonable regarding pricing; and they are friendly.

I had a small leak in my roof. Ocean Breeze came out, isolated the leak, and quickly repaired it for a very reasonable rate. No more leaks! Well done! I would certainly hire again...
