I called on Ocean Breeze because of a leak in my roof around an exhaust vent. They arrived on time to do the estimate but then they actually repaired the leaking rubber gasket on the spot. They also repaired a lost oak shingle that had been blown off in a recent storm at no additional charge. Caveat Emptor: They take check or cash but no credit cards.
The roof looks great! Even the neighbors praised how nice they were and how they left the area clean. Best value around.
They were very professional and personable. This is the second project I've met with the company for as this was a roof repair for storm damage when a tree caught the roof edge. They were very responsive and pricing was very reasonable. We are very happy with the completed repair and the patched in shingles are a perfect match, you can't even tell there was previous damage!
The staff was very prompt and polite. They arrived when they said they would. They performed the work agreed on for the price quoted. Leak is gone and I am happy.
