Older apartment building with good size units. Had 3 different apartment managers in the two and half years living there. Extremely Horrible parking! multiple packages stolen and noisy neighbors. This Old building had constant leaks and water shut offs. The pool was dirty and often closed and expect to smell marijuana throughout this building during the evenings. Trash and old furniture and junk is left outside the apartment on a daily basis!!! Management company stole our entire deposit! I have never caused any issues there... read more
Terrible on site management, terrible property management, terrible maintenance, and most importantly terrible tenants. The parking is horrendous. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The people in charge of the apartments do not know what they are doing starting from the very top of the management. It was so bad my partner and I decided to break the lease just to get out.
The apartments are a nice size, but the units are very dated. And the cabinets are painted over using a very bad paint. The complex is kept clean which was why I was surprised to have a roach problem that they couldn't seem to get rid of. Overall the place is okay, but I would suggest avoiding simply because of the bug problem.
