My husband and I had dinner last night at the Ocean Blue. The food was amazing, Kelly our waitress was great, and Francis made sure to stop at our table and check to see if everything was all right. It is definitely an asset to downtown Utica!
Phenomenal food - excellent friendly and fast service! Great desserts as well! Truly a gem of the area - check it out if you have the means!!

Love this place!!! Amazing fish n chips, lobster mac, & the chicken sandwich is out of this world. I love being able to get a great craft beer on draft, or an espresso at the bar.
