Beautiful layout, wish they stay opened later especially the kitchen to enjoy longer but drinks and staff were great!

Our new favorite fine dinning restaurant in the Utica area. The mussels were great! Lobster Bisque was very good! Tuna steak was perfect! The wife got the lobster roll. It was fresh and very sweet! Going back soon! It was a little wet outside and could not eat outside. Hopefully we can sit outdoors on the next visit.
The atmosphere at Ocean Blue is unlike anyplace around here. It feels as though you enter the elevator in Utica and when the doors open to the restaurant you have been transported to someplace else. We enjoyed a drink out on the patio then went inside for dinner - a Cobb salad for myself and grilled salmon for my husband. Service was good and both of us really enjoyed our meal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone.
