Can’t say enough wonderful things about the MYC and Ocean Blue Catering. We had our wedding here this past Saturday and my husband and our parents were thrilled with our day. Katie was a delight to work with in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding and the banquet manager Ashley was accessible and helpful the few days and day of our reception. Ocean Blue recently catered my wedding. Katie is very easy to work with, super fast and friendly with responses while planning the big day. She has a great personality, and makes the whole process a lot more fun! And she offered a free tasting prior to picking our meals. The tasting was fun but the decision was hard because there were so many good choices, all which were delicious! We attended an event catered by Ocean Blue Catering, buffet bar of salad and fajitas. Salad was fresh with nice variety of greens, one choice of a vinagrette that was good. Flour tortillas were soft but strong enough for the job. Fajita bar started with chicken strips in onions and peppers that was flavorful.
