We had Alberto from Ocean Air install a Trane condenser unit for our 3-story townhome in Otay Ranch the week before Labor Day. The weather was unbearable: 95 degrees and humid. It's hard to live without cool air during the hot summer time. The Ocean Air technician came to our house and figured out the problem really quick. He explained everything to me clearly, fixed it and also clean everything out. Excellent service quality! I have recommended him to my neighbors.
Awesome service, my a/c went out and I called Ocean Air (Alberto). He gave me a convenient appointment, was on time and called me 10 min before arrival. Best of all very reasonable prices. They also installed the a/c 7+ years ago and it's been v/good, this repair was for the capacitor which is common, especially since this weekend has been super hot. A/C repaired in 20 min and no rip off. Thanks Alberto for your professionalism and good service.
Excellent service! I had a problem with my AC (no cool air). The technician arrived on time of appointment, trouble shoot and fixed my AC quickly (added freon to my AC unit). The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended for any residential AC work needed. Will call this contractor again for future AC repair.
