Needed a new vent in our master bedroom. Called Ocean Air Heating & Air Conditioning. Alberto the owner set up a date and time to meet. He told us what work needed to be done, gave us a price and we set a date/time to have the work done. He arrived on time, installed the vent, cleaned up. We are very satisfied with his work and would recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. THANK YOU ALBERTO!!!!

When I contacted Mr Alberto, I explained the problem to him and he know right away what was the problem. when he arrived to my home he had the part, he when inside of the attic (it was a hot day, it had to be 115 degrees inside of the attic) he replaced the part checked the rest of the AC unit, he DID NOT made up any problems or issues with my AC, he DID NOT tried to charge me more. His price are less than other AC shops that I contacted. I was very satisfied the job and my AC unit is working just fine.
Mr. Alberto came to our appointment a little early, but my son was home. By the time I arrived home the repair was completed. It was a part that needed replacement and Mr. Alberto had one on him. I was very happy with his prompt service. Very reasonable repair price! Thank you!

Alberto came out on a Sunday to look at my 4 ton ac. It just stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. He changed one part and saved me a lot of money but said the into was extremely old and that it will probably break again and needed to be replaced. After looking online, the life cycle is 10 to 14 years for a good a ac unit. Ours was a contractor grade ac and shouldn't have lasted as long as it did. Spoke to Alberto several times on the phone to arrange for my HVAC system that is less than 6 months old to be serviced and he nor any technician from Ocean Air showed up for several appointments that were made. Several other HVAC service companies said that the installation was not done properly. Alberto confirmed that he installed the system but failed to honor the parts and labor warranty to service the system. Alberto finally showed up today 8/13/15. AC seems to be working, but I'll see how it works through the weekend.
Alberto was able to come 10 minutes after I placed the call!! Amazingly quick and he was also able to replace/repair wires without being ripped off like another company who wanted to charge almost 3x the amount I paid for my services. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality work by honest hard workers!!!
