Greystar is 1.2 stars on google and Ocean 650 is absolute trash. If you value your money and time, read this review and contemplate your options before you make a deal with these hacks. Everyone I've spoken to has the same exact thing to say: ever since Greystar took over, the building is worse than it was. Constant fire alarms at 4 in the morning. The guy working there have honestly ignored my complaints and sometimes downright just lies about something being on the contract. I had an issue where the front desk worker told me something was on the contract in response to my issue. Luckily management was able to catch that and fix the situation. Hoping this doesn't happen again. Have better quality staff. Thank you
The renters at Ocean 650 are like children. They don't follow the rules, they constant create loud noises late at night, and they don't even know how to pick up after themselves. They throw their garbage outside of their doors waiting for someone to pick it up or they throw it in the trash room instead of down the trash shoot. Address this immediately so I can update my review.
