A month later and no biopsy results. How many times do you have to call an office to get results sent to you? Her lack of care as well as her office staff’s poor communication need to be addressed.
I have tried every day for a week and a half to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. Once it went to voice mail, I left a message, no one ever returned my call. Now when I call, it goes to voicemail and the "mailbox is full". The MOST ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life.
Dr Kelly O'Callahan performed a colonoscopy on me. Although I slept through most of the procedure she was awesome. I definitely felt like I was in great hands.
She is very caring, knowledgeable and listens to your needs.
