I went to OC MedDerm for a lump removal on my head & they did an absolutely brilliant job. On short notice, my doctor did the procedure thorough & fast. The cut & stitching were artfully considered. I started going to OC MedDerm at the beginning of 2025 for my acne scars and pigmentation. I was recommended a personalized routine for my face and body that involved inexpensive OTC products as well as some of their custom ointments. After a few months I could see a significant improvement with my dark spots. I also had CO2 laser treatment which improved the overall appearance of my skin and made my acne scars look a lot less deeper. Doctor Shafa is excellent and a perfectionist which is what you want in a dermatologist. She even does scar revision with perfect results. Often she’ll even say free touch up right after performing the procedure. Having been to at least 3-5 dermatologists. I view her as doctor’s doctor.
