I came to OC MedDerm for a keloid removal procedure on my ear. After my industrial piercing went wrong, I didn't know who to turn to. I'm so glad I found this place because they are experts at what they do. The consultation was thorough. I was made aware of the possibility of regrowth and the treatments that would be needed. The procedure itself was quick and it has been healing very well. Dr. Shafa and her medical assistants are professional, kind, and caring. I highly recommend coming here!
I recently had two subcisions, and Dr. Shafa was incredibly attentive throughout the process; she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel super comfortable. Both medical assistants who assisted Dr. Shafa on my visits were very friendly and caring, which made the whole experience even better. Before finding Dr Shafa, I went to three consultations with different Dr's for an ear keloid removal. I had previously had a mole removed (upper helix) and a keloid developed. It grew rather large in two years time, was painful and depressing to me. Dr Shafa was confident she could help me. I came to Dr. Shara for a subcision treatment for an indented scar I was left with after an endoscopic brow lift from another practice.
