This business is a scam. I am disabled and legally blind, this business took advantage of my disability and pulled a bate and switch regarding dentures that I purchased. I First went to the OC dental center in Sep.t2023 I gave them a $2,000 deposition on dentures that allegedly cost $6,000, then they set up a credit card in my name for the for the balance, with a company called Alphaeon credit company. I have been under the care of OC Dental for about 2 years. first they did my braces, which was very costly. In addition to the amount they quoted me for the braces, I was forced to pay for so call cleanings, which were not cheap either. upon the completion of my braces, they found additional issues out of nowhere to include crowns and bridges. Great quality and good price I have been coming to OC dental for about 3 years. I have had good experiences. They are good about usually accepting what youe insurance pays except the deductible. They have TVs in each room too :)
OC Dental Center is all frills I dont know about you but when I see a dentist I want to get in & get out! The visit starts- - yes hott chicks at the desk very nice. - next they take my picture & want a credit card. I have ins & wtf is up with a photo. I give in. - then they want x-rays. I refuse, I just had x-rays done from my real dentist. Get them from him, They give in. - then they take me back to the chair. Beware! I just wanted to say that the Dr. and staffs there were really nice and I love the hi-tech office. I was in for a cleaning and everything was fine. The problem was, they had the assistant doing the ultrasonic cleaning on me. I found out that that's not their scope of practice. They're not licensed to do that kind of work. Only a doctor or hygienist is allowed to do the cleaning. They're cheating the patients by not providing quality care and cheating the assistant for doing hygienist work while getting paid assistant... read more
