Set up an appointment to see a specific vehicle. The vehicle advertised was NOT there. Drove 2 hours to see said vehicle. The dealer did not bother to call to cancel the appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! 3 days later, same vehicle still advertised!

We understand this is frustrating and we apologize. Although uncommon, but this situation does unfortunately happen and no dealership can prevent tor avoid it. This was a specially priced vehicle and was sold within minutes of your arrival. We had same car in different color you did not like. We offered to locate same vehicle for you and honor same special pricing, which you refused. Our offer is still open.
Probably the best automobile buying experience I have ever had and I buy a car every two or three years. I was contacted right away to set up a test drive with Jose. I was looking at quite a few cars and Jose was friendly, patient and professional. There was no sales pitch, a fixed price that was below market and no monkey business. The whole transaction was painless, friendly and up front. No hidden fees, or F & I crap. They recommended some products but applied no pressure to sell them. Highly recommend OC Cars and Credit.

They didn't apply a lot of pressure and were pretty cool and honest, but I had the car inspected and there were more obvious issues than they told me. Some of it is to be expected on a ten year old car but they should have been more honest about the bushing, clutch, and bearing that needed to be replaced, along with the front brakes and tires, pressure sensor, and turn signals. Also they didn't acknowledge the validity of the repairs needed to be done or try to work a deal even though it was a repo. They also tried to sell a... read more
Posted was 103,682 mileage, upon speaking to dealer, he said mileage was inaccurate, that was enough for me to pass on this truck
