I ordered a headliner for my 1994 Pontiac firebird formula and I bought it uncovered and was okay with that and thought it was going to be gray. But when it came in it was a dark gray or black and I have a gray interior so it'll look horrible. So I wanted to return it but I have to pay for $134.30 shipping plus their 30% restock free which the headliner was $204.00 and then tax was $12.24 and plus the shipping which I'm from Michigan so its quite the distance and the total comes out to $350.54 which 30% of that is $105.16. I thought my order was a 'CUSTOM' ready-to-install carpet for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. It was not molded like the OEM carpet I was replacing. My customer service rep's, Beau & Amy, kept asking for me to produce photos upon more photos to show how my purchase was cut incorrectly. I then provided several photos and measurements from the local Chevy dealership that was installing the carpet, and you can see was that the carpet was cut incorrectly. Just to make sure we're on the same page about what our carpet kits are supposed to look like, allow me to provide some insight as to the differences between OEM and aftermarket carpet kits. OEM carpet kits are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. This review is going to appear redundant to the others, but I think it’s important to get the message out that you MUST NOT do business with this 2 star rated momma/pop (literally 2 workers, April and Bo). I should have researched them prior to my purchase and would have seen a multitude of red flags I purchased floor mats matching up year/make/model of my vehicle. Thought we ordered 'CUSTOM' ready to install carpet for our truck. It was so poorly quality and no cut out holes. What a waste of money! Don't buy!
BEWARE!!! I bought defected Carpet from this company and because I lost the photos this company would not reason with me I tried and tried to plead my case with April in the refunds department!!! Long story short I received ?a check for $87 when my order was $180?????!!! I will be starting a boycott webpage on them on Facebook........ ?????? do not shop from this Dishonest company!!!???

I received a windshield that had a broken corner. I called OC and they made be practically conduct an FBI investigation taking multiple pictures and emails before they would begin the process of a refund. I made it very clear I was buying elsewhere and only wanted a refund. After over a week having to wait for their supplier to reply and agree they send me a message saying that the manufacturer is sending me another window. I don’t want it!!!! I bought the carpet from them. When it arrived it was a piece of crap! A rolled up flat piece of thin crap. Not molded and would have to make so many cuts I would be manufacturing it my self. I put the 20 year old carpet back in because it is much better than the P.O.S. they sell. For this I get to pay them 30% so they can screw someone else with it!

I bought a carpet from this company for my family 20 year old jeep. It was such a piece of carp that I am returning it even though they will charge me 30% restocking fee so they can screw someone else with it. They claim it is molded which is bs. I put the original carpet back in because it is much better even though it is 20 years old! It was nothing more than a flat piece of carpet about 1/4" thick that I would have to cut ✂ to fit completely not trim as they claim. Don't waste your money.
