DO NOT BUY!!! Read the reviews. Save yourself $$ and a headache!!!!! Bought a carpet which did not fit, I basically received a 10 x 10 square black piece of carpet. Spent a few extra $$ and bought the original which is precut and shaped, and looks perfect. OC refused to refund.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your carpet kit. In regards to your particular order, please understand that based on the photos you provided, the manufacturing plant did say that the carpet you received does look correct. They are recommending that you attempt installation by starting with the carpet that is molded for the tall brace at the rear of the cab and work your way forward. Most of the excess material will be on the outer sides, therefore it will need to be trimmed. If you attempt the installation advice the plant manager at the manufacturing plant is providing, it should resolve your fitment issue. If it does not, and you would like to send me some photos of the carpet inside the vehicle showing the install advice was attempted, I can forward those pictures to our manufacturer for review. Unfortunately without the photos we have no way of validating that your carpet is defective. If you do not want to proceed with this option, we only have one option moving forward. We can call tag this carpet for you, meaning UPS will be by your location to pick this up from you and take it back to the manufacturing plant. Once the manufacturing plant receives it, it will go through an inspection process. The inspection process involves the manufacturer putting the carpet you received back into the mold to see if there was any error made during production. If they can determine that there is a defect and the carpet you received is incorrect, then we will issue you a full refund. However, if the manufacturer confirms that there is nothing wrong with the product you received, then your product will be restocked, and we will issue you a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and the return freight both ways per our returns policy documented on the website. Please allow me to provide you with some insight regarding the differences between OEM and aftermarket carpet kits. OEM carpet kits are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. Aftermarket carpets, like what we sell, are molded to fit the floor pan of the vehicle, but all cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer in order to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. In addition, some details might differ from the original carpet, like the vinyl heel pad or backing. Our manufacturer, Auto Custom Carpets, is the leading manufacturer in the industry here in the United States and they have the highest quality standards in the industry. They get as close to OEM as possible. We have repeat buyers from auto upholsterers, restoration shops and end users who purchase and install our carpet kits everyday and are very happy with the finished product. We pride ourselves on customer service at OC Auto Carpets and are here to be your advocate. I purchased rubber weather stripping and I wanted to ship to Atlanta Georgia I live in San Diego these people call me and wanted me to provide them with a copy of my driver's license and my credit card even after they've already taken my money from my credit card and said that they wouldn't ship the thing to Atlanta without that other information totally lousy service without a doubt that would not under any circumstances to business of these people again and I hate to say it but that's the truth

Ordered a felt kit for my Chevelle the fitment and mounting was all wrong. I contacted the company and they are fighting me tooth an nail about the fitment. This company and their partner company “precision premium quality weatherstripping” are both just arguing with me and using each other as a crutch to tell me to modify my car to their parts as they believe my car is the problem. My car is not the problem as the mounting is 1/2inch off, the felts leave seams all over the place and is unuseable. Never again with this company. OC auto carpets and precision premium quality weatherstripping. They expect the customer to pay return shipping with 30% restocking fee which is virtually 70% of the parts ordered.

I will not recommend buying a car carpet from this company. Received my carpet in 6 pieces, which falling apart, shedding, material/fabric quality below 0. Terrible quality. Never deal with them again.

I ordered a vinyl flooring for my 79 Chevy van because the one I have in my van was worn out. This product that they sent my is a total pile of crap. They state on their web site Perfect fit,Guarantee to to fit. Load of crap. Their videos are very misleading. Now I'M STUCK WITH $160 PILE OF CRAP.

I gave this company 1star because they sent me the right color. Their website states perfect fit high quality replacement auto carpets. Buyers beware! The carpet I received is NOT a perfect fit, in fact it is almost the same as any piece of carpet you would buy in a carpet store. It’s a very poor quality and very thin. And doesn’t come close to fitting my truck, and it’s approximately 18 inches longer than the original. The owner said to cut the 18 inches off and make it fit. After two phone calls and a few texts Amy the owner has graciously offered to only charge me a 15% restocking fee instead of her normal 30% if I pay the shipping back to her company. So I would Still lose $94 for a piece of junk carpet. I paid $189.20 for a perfect fit piece of garbage. I filled a complaint with the BBB and now she is even lying about our phone conversation. This lady scams people with her website and bogus videos with no intention of giving full refunds for any reason. She will continue to ripoff people as long as she can. She stands 100% behind her carpet but will charge you 30% on top of the shipping if it doesn’t fit or you are unhappy with it. Don’t send her your money, if you do, you too might regret it.
