Dr Gudor is the best counselor amongst all the ones I’ve seen over the years. She is insightful and has a clear and gentle way of explaining what she sees/hears. In addition to couples therapy with my wife, I benefited from individual sessions. I highly recommend her approach to counseling. I moved out of the area in June, but I continue to see Dr Gudor via the VSee app.
Dr. Gudor has been able to help me figure out how to get through situations and thoughts that have caused me so much stress my entire life. She's great at listening and hearing everything you have to share, give you the tools to fix it or get through it, and showing you how to apply them to your situations. I highly recommend Dr. Gudor to anyone, for couple's therapy and Individual therapy!
I have been seeing Dr. Gudor for about a year now. She has been instrumental in my recovery and has given me confidence to face my challenges. I see her for anxiety, depression, and issues with work and family. She has helped me become closer to my family, encouraged me to take a new job (which I love!), and given me several coping tools. She is a wonderful therapist that truly shows compassion, empathy, and understanding towards her client.
Dr. Gudor encourages the development of personal values and tactics to move forward to accomplish goals. I came to her to work on my past... without delving too deeply into those stories, she's helped me liberate myself from those experiences. I also like that Dr. Kudor makes book and video recommendations.
