Dr. Gagliardi used the wrong sutures during a surgical procedure, and I've had nondissolvable stitches in me for two years and he won't return any of my phone calls. Update: years later the non dissolving sutures are rising to the surface of my skin and popping out. Zero stars.
I've never been so disgusted with an office before. I had surgery booked that almost had to get cancelled due to their surgical booker not doing her job and ignoring multiple calls from myself and hospital I was having surgery at. The lady from Newport hospital had to go over and beyond her job and call insurance company and do their job which she didn't have to do. If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I am beside myself! They called me the day of my appointment to tell me not to come in for my appointment because Phyllis would not be there. She has semi-retired. THE DAY OF! AFTER sending me NUMEROUS reminders of my appointment! BUT here is where it gets BAD! I had 1 week left on my birth control. I told the woman that.
