OBS has a great selection of beauty supply products. The staff is always helpful and provide great service!

The inventory is ALWAYS low or completely out. The price range is not at all competitive with other beauty supply stores in the area and the neither is the customer service.
I've been following you all for 2yrs since I found about you at the Natural Hair show in 2015, but I had never visited the store until today, after visiting 3 beauty supply stores & not find what I'm looking for, I decided to check you all out & I'm happy that I did, not only did I find what I'm looking for but the customer service is great & they offer a reward point system every time you purchase something, which is also great!! It may be a 20 min out my way but it's well worth the trip! Keep up the good the work!!
